We at Vseth strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer shipping within the EU through DHL for all our products, given that a shipping route to the destination is possible. Shipping will be fulfilled in accordance with the following shipping policy.

Flat shipping rates are offered based on the destination country. If an order exceeds a certain maximum size or weight, additional shipping fees may apply. Customers will be contacted before the products are shipped to be informed of any changes in shipping costs and given the opportunity to change their mind.
For some second-hand equipment, the size and weight of the product may require special handling. In such cases the product is labelled appropriately and customers must inquire about the product in advance so that a suitable shipping method and cost can be decided.

Our primary shipping partner is DHL.
In some cases, alternative carriers may be used depending on the destination and shipping requirements.
3. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on the destination and product availability.
Some products may have longer lead times due to stock variations. Customers will be notified if their order is subject to delays.
Estimated shipping times are provided once the order is processed.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days or less.
Once an order has been shipped, customers are provided with the necessary information to monitor the shipment status.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship within the EU and are subject to any restrictions or regulations imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with their country’s import regulations.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
