Vseth specializes in selling laboratory glassware, including newly produced and second-hand items. Our products are intended to be used with care and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the country they are used in.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You are not purchasing items for illegal or prohibited use.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding laboratory equipment in your country.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website.

Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes where required.

Payment must be completed before shipping. We accept Amax, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.

Delivery times vary depending on location, ordered products and carrier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations. Import tariffs are not paid in advance by Vseth AB. The responsibility lies on the customer to be well informed on, and prepared to pay such fees if they were to arise.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued upon inspection of returned items.

Some items may be non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.

6. Use of Products

Our products are intended to be used with care and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers must handle and store glassware safely to prevent injury or breakage.

We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Second-hand products

Second-hand products have generally seen previous use in a laboratory setting.

Cosmetic wear on second-hand products is to be expected. Vseth conducts a visual examination and excludes products that are not believed to be structurally sound.

Vseth does not conduct chemical analysis of eventual surface contamination from previous use, the customer is therefore discouraged from ingesting or otherwise exposing their body or the environment to chemicals handled with the products as they are not food-safe or sterile.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your information except as necessary in the reasons outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in Swedish courts.
